My name is Seamus Quirke and I am a 1st year student at Limerick School of Art and Design.My Two main areas of interest are Graphic Design and Sculpture. My project for the first semestor is on Movement and Motion. I will be looking at corrosion as a (slow) movement.

Sketch book Work
Peeling paint and rust.
Rusted objects I have brought from home.
I have tested out some different ways of painting rust. Stippling is the best way to create a rusted effect. I have tried to create a few different types of rusty colours.
